dvd authoring program that uses comskip to mark chapters?

Is there a dvd authority program (hopefully freeware) that can use comskip info to burn a mpg file to dvd and use comskip data to mark the chapter points? would make forwarding much easier.

I think that's what showburner does. I just burnt a DVD and the chapter breaks were where the commercials were. One on each side of the commercial.

how long did it take u to burn dvd from time u clicked to time dvd was done burning? does it work or 5+ gb files on 4.7 gb dvdr's?
