Zero button not working properly

I have a Hauppauge 150 with the Hauppauge remote and a Directv STB. It's the brand new DTV box (D11-500.) In the WinTV remote settings I have it set to use remote code "125." Everything works great with the exception of trying to go to a channel in which ZERO is the middle number. i.e.- Channel 308. I can go to 380 just fine, but when trying to go to 308, the only thing the receiver picks up is the 3 and the 8, therefore, it attempts to go to channel 38 instead of 308. I've tried messing with all of the remote delays, with no luck. Has anyone else experienced this? Can someone post what all of their button delays are set to in order to get your DirecTV box working.

I was able to get my remote working correctly by setting the "minimum number of digits to enter" to 3 instead of 1. Everything works great now!
