GBPVR Crashing at Startup

Help! I can't figure out what is going wrong. This mornining GBPVR was working fine then I started to install some plugins and utilities. I started with the "comskip" utility and then the "TVGuideSupercharger." After this GBPVR still worked fine. Next I installed the "ProgramImageTool" utility and tried to run it 4 times and each time it failed. I then restarted my system and tried to start GBPVR and it crashed. I attempted this 3 more times and each time it crashed. I pulled the following error message from the "GBPVR.exe.log". Can anyone help me? I do not know what I need to do.

It looks like you've set the 'hardware decoder' setting on the playback tab to use an XCard decoder but dont have one installed.
