Live TV in both Screens, can you have gbpvr on just one?

When I start up gb-pvr, it works fine with the guide on my television (second screen) and whatever else was up on my computer screen. The problem comes when I open the guide and select a channel, or just choose live TV.

When I start watching it live (or recorded) the full screen shows up on the TV like it should, but the live feed takes over my computer monitor too. The strange thing is that if the TV has a small guide at the bottom open during live, it doesn't show up on the computer, just the feed.

I have a dual monitor setup and a HVR-1600. The cable goes into the 1600, then I have a s-video cord to the TV and dvi to the monitor out of my video card. I set the gbpvr preferences on the general page to start on the second monitor, but it still takes over my computer with Live TV.

Is there a way to stop this?

most probably: nope, it wont work. problem with dual monitor setup is, the primary output always gets the video feed, try digging through the primary settings regarding overlay (especially video overlay, if available). it would most likely easier to use a second video card just for normal desktop
