Motorola HomeSight with GB-PVR

Hi, does anyone have experience of using HomeSight (home security/automation product) with GB-PVR? I have found that the HomeSight video devices seem to conflict with something in GB-PVR that stops them from working. Is there any way I can find what the problem is?
