Can't install GBPVR

I just got a new system (upgraded from 1.5 GHz Athlon to Dual Core 2.13 GHz Intel) but I can't seem to install GBPVR.

I'm running Windows XP SP 2 and when I try to install 9912 or 9905, I get two errors and the installation stops.

Any ideas what the problem may be? Anyone else had any problem like this?

Did you install the required .NET 2.0 runtime before installing GB-PVR?
