I am running 99.05 I installed the Weather plugin but now I am trying to uninstall it. I think that it may be causing my machine to lock up. I went to add remove programs and it was there so I hit remove that did nothing in GBPVR remove it from add/remove list though. The plugin still shows in config but I dont have a check in its box and the remove button never lights up. Looking at the logs it seems that it is still getting the info for weather even though it is disabled. So I guess now I need manual instructions on how to remove it, I see two DLLs but what other parts do i need to remove and do i need to manually change the config.xml? Thanks.

I think VA and Weather plugins can be uninstall from the uninstall icon in the same folder as GBPVR folder from Startup -> Program -> GBPVR.

I think you can just move

WeatherPanel.dll
WeatherPlugin.dll

out of the plugins dir.

I will check both of these places but there has to be an entry in the config right or does it just read stuff in the plugins folder? Thanks.

GBPVR looks for the dll's in the plugins dir and loads then whether they are enabled or not. When loaded, the plugin may go off and load data or whatever.
Anyway to answer you question -
I think you can remove the data between and including the following two entries in the config.xml file. Make sure you back up the config.xml before you do.

<WeatherPlugin>
</WeatherPlugin>

I don't think it will matter since no plugin (once removed) is going to be looking for the data, but give it a shot
