I got my HDHR tuner0 (antenna) working in MCE, along with a VBox.

Then I installed GB-PVR to control tuner1 (QAM). But it made tuner0 stop working in MCE. Uninstalled GB-PVR and it's back working. v99.12 + whurlston app

Is it incompatible to have two programs accessing the HDHR at the same time?

GB-PVR will only use the devices you set up capture sources sources for. It wont try to access any other devices. Are you sure MCE is only trying to use the tuner you didnt setup in GB-PVR.

I'm not sure how to tell. I reran mce-setup and it gave me a choice of three digital tuners. Put a check by tuner0 & vbox.

I should note I didn't get GB-PVR figured out. Was stuck on getting it to use the correct zap2it lineup. I'm not sure exactly how I had GB-PVR setup.

On further thought, I probably didn't do the GB setup right. In the whurlston app, the guide data was wrong. I had trouble with the diff between zap2it and labs.zap2it.

Which app? If you mean the Qam Mapper utility, that guide channel listing is the listing of guide channels in MCE. It does not pertain to GB-PVR. You still have to do a channel scan in GB-PVR.

If you use tuner 0 for MCE, Only set up one capture source in GB-PVR and select "Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner XXXXXXXX-1".
