I've been using gbpvr ver 98.13 since Nov 2006. 2 days ago, I decided to upgrade to 99.12, but since doing so, I randomly have no video displayed on the TV.

Most of the time, everything works fine, but every so often (maybe once in 8 or 10 times), when I select a recorded or live show to watch, the video portion of the show doesn't display. The "play-delete-close" window just stays on the screen with the menu in the background, but I can hear the audio portion of the show playing. I can then hit the 'back/exit" button on my Hauppauge remote, which closes the "play-delete-close" window, I can move to other programs on the 'recordings' menu and select another program to watch. I hear the audio of the newly selected show play, but still no video displays, only the menu and menu windows.

This also randomly happens when I am playing my collection of music videos. If I exit gbpvr, and restart it, everything is fine until the next time (8-10 tries later) that this happens. I don't have to reboot the computer, I don't have to stop the recording service to fix the problem. Only exit gbpvr to the desktop, the restart gbpvr. It doesn't happen with any specific show or music video, it's purely random.

I'm running a PVR150. Before making this post, I set my log files to 'debug' mode, and then ran gbpvr until the problem occured, then exited gbpvr and zipped the log files, which are attached. The 2 shows I most recently experienced this with were andy grifith shows, and should be the most recents entries in the logs.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We've seen this sometimes with the Intervideo decoder. I'm not sure why. I see this is decoder being used in your logs. Try a different decoder.
