Setup CoreAVC in GB PVR

Hi,

I have installed CoreAVC and copies the ax file into GBPVR directory.

But I'm not able to see it in the list of Video Decoder selection.

Pls help. Thanks. I need to watch H.264 show.

I think you need to add it to <supporteddecoders> in C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\config.xml. Post what you did, and sub will probably include it in the next release.

The video decoders setting lists only MPEG2 decoders, since this is pretty central to GB-PVR operating correctly.

For H264 decoders, it just lets the system pick the most appropriate decoder, which it does based of the decoder's merit. To check which decode is being used, play a file, then look at the filter list in gbpvr.exe-native.log.
