FATAL SQLite Error

I have attached the logs for two errors I am getting:

One seems to be an "unable to find node" error
The other one is a fatal unhandled exception that occurs when SQLite calls a library routing out of sequence.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction, logs attached.

Yes, but it comes back after a day or so....

Is it always after something in particular though? for example, after resuming from standby/hibernate.

I've seen the "library routine out of sequence" error a few times too (using 99.5) when the machine comes out of hibernation. It actually doesn't stop me using GBPVR as I have GBPVRWake set up to restart the program anyway (to restart my XCard driver), but it is a bit of a nuisance as it brings up a "GBPVR has to close" error box- which obviously I can't see through the Xcard- which then stops the computer going back into hibernation after a recording.

So, even though it hasn't happened for a few days now, I too would be interested to know what might be causing it!
