The line:
Send ("{ALT}{SPACE}R{ALT}{SPACE}X") ; maximise! Ugly but it works
For the italian version of XP should be
Send ("{ALT}{SPACE}R{ALT}{SPACE}N") ; maximise! Ugly but it works
Better if you get all variables from an external INI file.
Great utility indeed!

My virus scanner says there is a worm "WORM/YahLover.I" in the executable downloaded from the wiki site.

Sorry to be late on this - have been away. But thanks for the comments.

dfdario - I'll take a look at making it multi-lingual (though it looks like a can of worms to me Smile) Thinking a bit more about it however, it would make sense for me to allow thr program to offer a selection of two ways of maximising GB-PVR - one using the programmatic method which is language independent, and the other the 'traditional' keystroke method. Would that work for most people? Am I the only person with an nVidia-based twin display setup and who has this problem?

Zammer - I believe this is a common response of AV packages to compiled AutoIt scripts. I can assure you there are no viruses in the program but, if you have any doubts whatsoever, I'd advise you to download AutoIt (it's free) and the source code and compile it yourself.

I don't see any reason why it should, although I'll confess I haven't tested it in this regard. Is it causing problems?

Avast4Home Detects --

File name: C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\start_gbpvr.exe
Malware name: Win32:Trojan-gen. {UPX!}
Malware type: Virus/Worm
VPS version: 000750-1,06/18/2007

I suspect this is a simple mis-detection as I'm sure you wouldn't be intentionally trying to infect our poor Win boxes. God knows they don't need any help catching things... Wink

Hey, I just found this utility and I think it's the best plugin or app I've ever seen here!!! Why is this so underappreciated?! Thanks for making it.

Also, does anyone know if it will work for PVRX2?

Thank you, much appreciated! Smile

I haven't tried it with PVRX2 yet as I've yet to get PVRX2 itself working successfully...but I'll check it out.

It's a known issue with compiled AutoIt programs - they provoke AV programs into produding false positives. StaetGBPVR.exe is NOT infected...
