Hauppauge IR Blaster and Dish VIP211

I'm having some problems with the IR Blaster that I got with my PVR150 Retail. I'm using the 45 button remote. I can't get any codes to work with it at all. I can control GBPVR fine, but I can't get the box to do anything. I know this is more of a Hauppauge issue than GB-PVR, but I was hoping someone might be able to help. I searched all over the net and forums and couldn't find anything on this.

Is anyone using this box with the Hauppauge IR Blaster? I also have my friend's sonicview sv4000 box but i couldn't get it to work with that either. If I can't find anything, do I need to buy another type of IR Blaster to get these STB's to work?

Anyone using these boxes with a different IR Blaster that is known to work?

I'm considering buying the USB-UIRT but I don't want to spend 50 bucks if it won't work. Any ideas?

Well I figured it out. I don't know if it was a problem with the computer, but I rebuilt a new machine and was able to get it with code 138. Also I used the BlastCfg program as Sub mentioned in another post.

I ended up picking up a USB-UIRT anyways for my other box since it can learn codes. Hope this helps anyone else.
