I seem to have an odd glitch in the epg that I have noticed a couple of times in the past, not sure if it is something with my config or something with gbpvr.

This morning while checking the epg/pending recordings etc for the day I decided to check tomorrows as well because being Saturday the wife will be home & I might/probably will forget & miss something we want to record. Lucky I did as there was a problem in my epg & Saturday for TV1 was "BBC World" for the whole 24 hours. I cleared my soaps etc in xmltvnz & re-ran my
update epg bat (I have empty epg on reload selected in config) & sure enough programs showed for TV1 & it selected the ones that should be pending Smile

But when looking through the guide I noticed a new program "Jack of all trades" & went to select it but in the bottom window instead of "Jack of all trades" still said "BBC World" & I couldn't select it. I have found in the past that if I jumped forwared to Sunday & then worked my way back to the program I was interested in I would then be able to select it.

Any ideas why it should react this way, I always have the uneasy feeling that when things go wrong like this we will miss some recordings, normally my feeling is wrong but.....

(Oops almost forgot I'm still using 99.5 as I'm scared to goto 99.12 with the MVP issuses that some users seem to be having)

Just thought I had better update my message as I have just looked at it today (Saturday) & now all seems to have come right with the right program in the bottom window & I'm able to select programs normally in the guide. I am now completely confused but assume it has something to do with the second update of the epg???

yeah tv1 does that about every three weeks always at the end of the week seems to be bbc going for like 12 hrs or so then when you correct it bbc stays but the correct programs are under it meaning you cant select untill you go forward then back hard to explain
other people must get the same im sure its just tv1 not updating their website in time
