I sort most of the menu items into two submenus, and it just so happens that what is supported by 1.0.8's new interface is in a submenu. This means that I only have 3 items in my main menu. The new interface does not like this.
If I try to move to a different item than what appears first, the interface crashes. Having 4 or more items in the menu solves the issue. I've attached a screenshot of the error that appears; more detail can be provided if required, but this one seems to me like it should be fairly obvious.
Something similar occurs if one of the submenus has less than 4 items, although the interface locks up instead of providing an error message.
