HVR-1600 QAM tuning works, but then are saved as ASTC frequencies

When I tune in the QAM channels, the preview box displays them correctly. Then I use the map digital channels functionality to - well - map the channels.
That works.

But when I save the changes, and return to that screen, all the mapped frequencies are no longer QAM frequencies, they are ASTC frequencies.

Obviously, I cannot record anything on those channels.

One more tidbit of info, the "tuner status" display will correctly display the HVR-1600 ANALOG card, but the QAM display is blank. ""

Any thoughts?

I have the QAM updates applied (otherwise, I couldn't even tune the channels, right?)

I'm away from my HTPC right now, but if you need files or logs, tell me which ones and I'll send those along.

I'm not really sure what you mean. Can you post some screenshots?
