I am sorry if this has been asked/answered 10 million times, but here it goes--
GB-PVR
Whenever I start gb-pvr, it comes up fullscreen, and everything works fine, everything is still OK if I hit alt+enter and switch to windowed mode- but if I switch back to fullscreen (alt+enter again) the window comes up all messed up in a sort of not quite fullscreen mode

In order to get it running right, I have to exit and start gbpvr again..
pvrx2
Whenever I start pvrx2, it comes up fullscreen, and everything is fine, but if I hit alt+enter and switch to windowed mode, I am given a teeny tiny window every time, which although functional and stretchable, is annoying to see as no matter how many times you resize it, it shall come back from fullscreen this way.

my setup is a little screwy and might have something to do with it if it's not a common problem, so here it goes-
