1.0.8 TV Guide Time Question

The TV Guide will display the grid starting on the top of the Hour and sometimes I can make it move to start displaying at the half hour mark.
But I do not seem to have control over it when I want it to be on the half hour starting time.
Am I missing the trick that makes it happen.

if you look at it at 6:15, it will be on the hour.
if you look at it at 6:45, it will be on the half hour.
it starts with the 30-min segment you are currently living in.

Can I move it to the half hour mark regardless of when I turn over to the guide?
