FATAL UNHANDLED EXCEPTION and long PVXR2 Startup

This is a once off but I didn't do anything beforehand, so I am curious about it. Started PVXR2 and it took a LONG time to start, 100% CPU and a lot of flushDatabaseConnections() inthe pvrx2 log.
