EPG Troubles with 1.0.16

Hi Sub,

I am having troubles with the EPG update, and it seems that GBPVR is crashing (or exiting, or stopping) right in the middle of the update.

The EPG is missing two or three channels, and the log files are chopped off in the middle of completing something.

I've attached the logs, pls let me know if you need anything else.

I've done a fresh install tonight (not upgrade) to try and get around this issue of missing EPG channels with no luck.

Start the config app, and enable log flushing (first page next to logging level), then ok out of the config app. Start the config app again, then hit the 'update epg' button in the capture source settings, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

attached are the new log files -- I also noticed that the temp files from EPG scanning are not being deleted from my recordings directory.

To me it looks like that EPG whent fine. Are there channels missing, or do you think you should have more listings?

Hi Sub,

I've checked with Terratec's own app, and see that 19 (rheinmaintv), 20 (Eurosport) and 21 (Tele5) don't send any EPG data.

However the one that's missing is hr-fernsehen on channel 57 -- it's in the same bouquet as "Das Erste" and "arte" so I'm at a loss to see why it's missing, and I've always received EPG data for this channel before.

I am also still having the temp files from EPG not being deleted in the Recordings directory - although it may help as I still have the files from a last scan if you want the TS data to download (about 130MB or so).

If you're able to supply a 100MB or so full transport stream recording for this frequency, then I'll see if I can find out why this channel is missing (if I find time before I leave on holiday).

I've seen a couple of people mention the files getting left behind. I havnt looked into it yet, but I think it only happens if you're using a mux other than the Cyberlink or ATI mux (ie, produces .ts or .dvr-ms file). What mux are you using?
