Capture Settings not working

Hi,

I'm using 1.0.16. I have changed the Low Quality capture settings to capture at 320x240 at 1500 Kbs video and 128 for audio. The problem is that the captured file is still 620x480. I've completely rebooted the computer and while the configuration shows the resolution as 320x480, the captured video is still 620x480.

I'm recording directly from the rca inputs on a Hauppauge 150. Could that be the problem?

Do I need to use one of the custom profiles instead? I thought we could make changes to the High/Medium/Low profiles.
