PVRX2 1.0.16 DVDAllowVideoInset

Hello,

Just a quick bug report. PVRX2, 1.0.16, does not appear to honor <DVDAllowVideoInset>false</DVDAllowVideoInset>. I am still able to escape to the main menu while playing a DVD.

Hopefully one or two more people can confirm so's I know this is not just me.

Sorry for the multiple posts - I did search on DVDAllowVideoInset before posting... it's just that sub referred to it as UseVideoInset in the other post, probably not remembering the exact tag name. Now that both threads are here to find, hopefully that'll be the end of the reporting.
