Can only play one video without restarting

I have had a problem since switching to pvrx2. It was all working well with the previous version.
This version works fine. I can record. When I go to playback, it works fine. If I finish a show and then try to start another one, 95% of the time gbpvr will just go to a black screen and never play the video. I can escape back out to menus, but nothing will ever play unless I exit the program and restart.
I have attached the log files.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
(Note, I am running Vista Home Premium)

Nothing springs to mind, but I'd try other audio/video decoders to see if it makes any difference.

Yes, thank you that did the trick. I changed the decoder from system default to FFDShow (or however that one reads) and it seems to be working fine now. Thanks!
