I am going to move my install of GBPVR v0.99.12 from my XP computer to a new Vista computer. I am using GBPVR.db3 as database
I will also move my Hauppauge cards. PVR 150 to the new computer.

some questions:

cards - should I just take the latest non Beta drivers from Hauppauge that is supposed to support Vista?
and install and see if cards work in Vista / Vista Media center?

Can I just copy my GBPVR.db3 including channels and recordings or must I do a new install/ or do a export of some kind?

should I upgrade to latest version of GVPVR on my XP computer first?

any other problem I should be aware of?

Yes, you can just copy the gbpvr.db3, but only ever copy it to the same version of the application. This file is not compatible between different releases.

Up to you really, but keep in mind what I said above. I would upgrade to 1.0.16 if I were you.

I would check thread http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=29985
This "VirtualStore" is important stuff.

I'm using the MCE 3.1g driver pack for my Hauppauge PVR500. These drivers aren't having the timestamp problems.

Good luck!
