Strange channel problem

This problem is new and has started since the daylight time switch.
I am missing most of my channels from 23-33.
Some of these channels have doubles in the 100's and 200's which are unchangeable to also.
I checked my epg they show up, and i checked on there site.
Ive emptied and reloaded my EPG, they show up in config. But when i run GBPVR there missing in the guide, and i cannot change to those channels.
Nothing odd appears in my logs when i looked around.

oh and its version 1.0.16 i think this is latest?

Anyone have any similar problem?
Going to be getting a new big tv soon, and plan on changing channels much more often then i do.
At worst i might just have to make sure i delete everything well and reinstall as a last resort.

I've had similar problem. If there are duplicate channels, the last one appears in the EPG. If I remove the last one from my lineup and update the EPG then the first one appears. Example: channel 11 and 182 are the same here. If both are in the lineup, channel isn't 11 in the EPG but 182 is. If I remove 182 from the lineup, update EPG, 182 is gone but 11 is there. So I am guessing the guide is loaded by station call sign.
