Can you help please?

I have the above digital tv card but GB-PVR reports it can't find the card.
The card works using the original Cyberlink Powercinema 4 but this program is unreliable (eg won't do a scheduled recording, poor controls)

My tuner doesn't appear on the default list of GB-PVR config.
I've used graphedit to find the filters and entered these into the BDA file:

[Creatix SAA7134, Hybrid Capture Device]
TUNING_TYPE=DVB-T
FILTER_TUNER=Creatix BDA Digital Capture
FILTER_CAPTURE=Creatix BDA DVBT Tuner
PIN_TUNER_IN=Input0
PIN_TUNER_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_IN=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_OUT=MPEG2 Transport

I get the message: Failed to locate the configured BDA capture device.
Since it works with Powercinema wwhat do you suggest please?

I used the Wikie setup guide to do this, hence using graphedit.
I've not been able to find references to my tuner on any forums, it has a Philips saa chipset.

Can you run Filtercheck.exe from the gbpvr directory, then zip and attach the resulting filtercheck.log?

Here is the zip file from Filter check
I also noted the BDA Mux checker reports
NO MULTIPLEXER FILTERS WHERE FOUND ON YOUR MACHINE.

Try this:

[Creatix SAA7134, Hybrid Capture Device]
TUNING_TYPE=DVB-T
FILTER_TUNER=Creatix BDA DVBT Tuner
FILTER_CAPTURE=Creatix BDA Digital Capture
PIN_TUNER_IN=Input0
PIN_TUNER_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_IN=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_OUT=MPEG2 Transport

You had the tuner/capture filter switched.

Thanks - I've swapped this round - it now finds the card.

Now it does not find any channels when I do the epg map or attempt to tune it.

When I try to run config and scan the message is:
scanning 1 of 6 etc.... (it may also say 'strength 0 quality 70 when scanning)
no channels found, check your signal / config setting
The card still works with Powercinema so it seems to still be a problem with config.
help please

Did you select the correct transmitter from the dropdown list? Perhaps the transmitter's settings are old (and hence incorrect)? In that case you can try to choose "all of England" or whatever "all transmitters" may be called in the dropdown. It takes a lot longer to scan, but then it will scan all frequencies.
I'm not always right

Do another scan then post the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.
