New development - PVR-150 MCE won't take capture device bitrate settings

Hey all,

I think I finally figured out what the heck is wrong. I haven't been able to make the picture from my PVR-150MCE un-youtube-y. On a hunch, I set the bitrate for LiveTV in the capture device settings to 1500 kb, or whatever, the lowest it can go. Observed the results. Set it to 12000, the highest it can go. No difference. Any ideas out there as to why this is happening? Could this very well be the answer to the riddle?
