I was able to use the ffw and rwd keys on v 0.22. Now that i have updated to v 0.2311 I am no longer able to w/o losing sound. If I use the skip I can get the sound back. If there is something I need to do in order to get the ffw / rwd working again I would greatly appreciate it.

Well, I have something similar here. When I skip a commercial, the sound gets lost every now and then. From that point on the system is somewhat unstable until the sound comes automatically back after a few seconds. If I press skip during that sound-less time, the machine freezes completely.

If your machine freezes completely, requiring reboot, this is a sign the PVR350 drivers dont like your machine.

The strange thing, however, is that version 0227 has been working perfectly well for a number of weeks. I have never a had a single issue with it. Any idea for this behaviour?

I too am occasionally loosing the sound on Live TV.  I can't tell you if there is a repeatable series of step to cause the sound to cut out.  At least once, adjusting the volume on the MediaMVP did seem to cause the sound to start, but most times I must navigate back to the menu and back to Live TV...

mine happens any time I try to use the ffw or rewind. In LiveTV or recorded shows.

I also lose sound after ffw or rw in live or recorded programs until I skip forward or back, then sound will return. I have a PVR 250.
