I am having problem with the Radio times grabber at the moment, both with XMLTVgui and a web connection to http://www.radiotimes.com/.

Both Say "Connectection Reset by Peer".

Other sites are OK so this may just be their server.

Does anyone else have this?

Thanks,

That should stop ME from breaking something by trying to fix the unfixable.

Yes, I got the error on this mornings update.
Their forum is still working, but no mention of the problem !
It always seems to happen at holidays when there's no one there to fix it.

Same here - this morning it replaced 2 weeks of data with a blank file :S Hopefully they'll be back in the office tomorrow to fix it.

Same here, most annoying. I have switched off the complete EPG download to stop this in future and also added a bleb grabber to run first and then merge the XMLs. Hopefully this will get the majority of the channels via bleb and then overwrite them with the RT listings which are more complete....when available again.

This earlier post has a nice batchfile that checks the filesize returned and can ignore a faulty download....

Useful batchfile that, thanks for pointing it out (and kudos to the original author, too!)

RT data seems to be back, now.
