Fix timing in an mpg file

I have a file recorded off the TV that is reporting 57 minutes...

It's a 4Gb file, so I believe it is all there. But... going in through Skip Tool, I get all sorts of funkieness.

I think I need to fix the timing. Any tips?
Currently Running: 1.4.7
[SIZE="1"]HTPC:
Motherboard: ASUS P5LD2 Mobo w/ 945P chipset / CPU: Intel P4 3.0GHz
RAM: 3GB RAM / Video: ASUS Radeon X300SE 128Mb PCIx 16
Tuner(s): ATI TV 650 Dual (PCIx)
OS: Win XP Pro SP3[/SIZE]

[SIZE="1"]Feeding:
2 - Wired MVP[/SIZE]

Sounds like a TimeStamp Error... Even though the error may have come from other reasons...

Have a look at these ways to correct a file

There is one other way, and that's to use the quick stream, fix with VideoRedo. With some tweaking it can be called from a command line, or also from within ZProcess...

i would try the ffmpeg version..quick and thourough...
i thought it might need the +genpts param but might not if it's not too mussed up..
plus you already have ffmpeg..Smile

does that genpts, create a better sync when transcocding for MVP?
