No Picture from PVR 350 after changes

Hi

I've just moved my HDD to another PC, a 1.6GHz Pentium 4. I ran Install then Repair from the XP-Pro CD to load any new drivers and Windows runs ok.

I then updated GBPVR to 1.2.9 from the prevoius version, the install ran without problems but now I can only get sound, there is no picture, this is on both the MVP and the PC monitor from any thing videod via the PVR-350 Composite from my Sky box.

Note: My second card is a Nova-T 500 and this functions correctly.

Non of the setting appear to have changed, it always used Composite 2, External Tuner, I've tried other settings but no change.

Has anybody any ideas?

Are you getting pictures in WinTV from the Composite input?

Tried WinTV. Comes back with an error "WinTV Initialization Error! A required component (hcwChan.dll) is missing".

Also tried a repair of GBPVR, that comes up with "Fatal Error Installation ended prematurely because of error".

It might be worth reinstalling WinTV to try it.

I"m not aware of anything that would have changed in GB-PVR to cause the problem you're seeing, and havnt seen any other reports like it, so I'm keen to determine the device is still functioning before delving too deeply the problem in GB-PVR.
