Must see tv guide

So, my wife calls me and tells me that the system is going haywire. As soon as you start up gbpvr it goes to the tv guide and starts to actually move thru the selections by itself. I thought no way. But when I connected to it remotely it seems to be stuck going into the tv guide section and wont' allow you to go anywhere else. I can esc back out to the main menu and maybe change a selection but it will immediately go back to the guide. I had a keyboard attached sitting in the back of the entertainment center so I thought there might be something hitting the F1 key but after disconnecting the keyboard and restarting the system it goes right back to the tv guide. I've disabled the remote reciever software so I don't think it can be receiving commands from the remote. The pinnecle media center that came with my usb tuner keept starting up by itself as well so I uninstalled it and PVRX2 still keeps going directly to tv guide. This has me all wigged out and stumped.

Definitely sounds like a stuck key or something similar.

I'd try unplugging both the keyboard and ir receiver.

It was definately something screwy with the remote. I ended up having to remove the mapping of the key that was mapped to the tv guide altogether as it seemed to keep activating.
