NetRadio running on a PC client seems to get the path for the Recordings Directory from config.xml on the server instead of the client, which can be a problem when using drive letters - I tried unc paths before, but that caused other problems (which I've long forgotten now)...

Have I missed something, or should I go back to unc paths...

Yeah, sorry - this is a known problem. Its on my list to fix in the future.

For now you need to make sure the same path exists on the client for net radio. For example if recordings on the server go to c:\recordings, then a client PC would need a c:\recordings directory for listening to net radio.

Hi Sub,

I wanted to bump this tread since I now have this issue on my client. My recordings go to my D drive on the server, but I don't have a D drive on the client. No hurry, but I wanted to keep it visible. I temporarily pointed my server recordings to the temp folder on the C drive and same on the client and it does work.

Have a look at this thread - this is how I work around the problem.
