Firstly, my compliments on a great PVR! Sub, I donât know how you manage to spend time on anything else!
Iâve pretty much worked-out most of the bugs, but I have two nagging problems that hopefully are an easy fix for someone more experienced.
Iâm trying to get HD content on BEV in Canada on Nimiq 2, 82W. I have it now to the point where Iâll get video & audio after a delay of up to 5 minutes. If I change channels, I have to wait another 5 minutes. Audio starts right away. SD video works fine all the time. I donât have a very good grasp of codecs, but from what Iâve read, itâs got something to do with non-standard HD video on BEV.
PVRX2.exe Video Renderer: VMR9 custom
Video Decoder: ffdshow (latest)
Audio Decoder: NVidea
PNY NVidea 8500GT video with 512ram
Intel E6550 C2D, 3Gig Ram
Twinhan 1020a
The second problem may be easier (or not). I have 5 LNBs, with 2 on one port of my 4X1 diseqc switch. With MT, TSReader or DVBDream, I can switch the 22kHz switch no problem changing the SW from 0 to 11700. I am unable to control the 22kHz switch behind the diseqc switch in GBPVR.
Any words of wisdom would be much appreciated.
