Record whole transport stream

Is it possible to record the whole transport stream with no filtering?
This would be extremely useful for some testing I do.

It can also be really neat on clear QAM where you can record more than one channel simultaneously. I can record ABC and NBC HD on my cable system at the same time with a MyHD card. (or the primary and all the subs on OTA broadcast - ABC and the CW in my area for instance)
