Recording Service Failed to Communicate

I just finished setting up the WinTV-PVR-USB2, MediaMVP and GBPVR. The pieces seem to be communicating with each other, and I can get the GBPVR menu to come up on my TV (and PC). But when I try to watch Live TV, I get an error message "failed to communicate with GB-PVR recording service." And Windows XP tries to debug the recording service program. Any suggestions? typically when you get that error it means the recording service is not running. Try to restart it, it should start working.

If you see this more than once, right click on services and in one of the tabs you can specify what you want it to do when the service fails. I would suggest setting it up to always restart.
