I am wondering if PVRX2 functions the same way as the old interface when it comes to a missing skin for a plugin. The old interface would revert to the blue version on the fly, PVRX2 seems to not be able to do that and instead does not display the plugin.

The logic is pretty much the same as the old app in this respect (though with the Skin2 directory).

What exactly isnt working?

Well, I am trying to use MyVideos with the Basic skin (of which two versions exist, one for the old UI and one for the new). I have both skin directories (Skin and Skin2). When I use Blue, MyVideos shows up in both interfaces. If I switch to Basic (which does not have a directory for MyVideos), MyVideos shows up only the old interface.

What is strange is that in PVRX2 log, it seems to be looking in the Sking directory, rather than the Skin2 one. Take a look, the log attached.

To be honest, I dont know. Its not really worth me trying to change anything in the app to try to get it going (given its an old legacy plugin), so you're probably best just to copy to MyVideos directory into the Basic skin directory so you dont have to worry about this fallback stuff.
