Hello all,

I am trying to update my EPG, but can't do it because of this error.

My login name and password are both correct. I registered yesterday night, so maybe the schedulesdirect system didnt have the time to log me in?

Here is the error

Thanks very much for your time!

This error usually occurs if you have not added a lineup to your Schedules Direct account. Log into your SD account and confirm that you have at least one lineup configured.

Don't worry, I don't think that. It's pretty easy to forget the first rule of electronics: Always check the power cord. Wink

Ages ago I borrowed a mouse from a friend. It didn't work, so I called him. He asked me whether I'd plugged in the power cord. Turns out the mouse had a power cord in addition to the data cord! The moral is to check the power cord, even when it doesn't have a power cord!
