Sound limiting advice needed

Hi!

I love PVRX2 and all the great plugin's that are created to make our home video on demand system a treat!

Thank you for your hard work making PVRX2 very stable and reliable TV recorder.

I watch tv all day now when before i'd listen to music most cause I could never catch a good show in time. I hated watching shows that already started 20 minutes ago hahaha

now we can schedule record anything day or night and watch them on demand anytime!

Which leads me to this post.

I need help to compress the audio so it will be one level.

I have some recordings that are so quiet and others that are thunderous....

I need the option to normalize the audio so audio is compressed.

Do you recommend anything?

i havent used it but either ac3 filter or ffdshow audio decoder has a normalize setting (cant remember which one )

ffdshow has normalizing options in the volume section of the audio config app.

will look into the ffdshow tip right now.
