Slow internet speed with GBPVR

Hi,
I made an interesting observation yesterday when i tested the speed of my internet connection.
I found that when PVRX2 is running the connection speed drops to approx 1 MB/s compared to 6-7 MB/S when PVRX2 is shut down. This speeed seems quite normal and is about the same throughput I get on other computers on my network. Any ideas whar can cause this or how I can further troubleshoot it..
I used a swedish testsite "bredbandskollen.se" to check the throughput.

What was the CPU usage like at the time?

CPU usage was less than 10%

I have a AMD X2 4200+ with 2Gig RAM.

Sorry, I dont know. I'm not aware of anything that would cause this, and havnt seen any other reports of it in the past.
