I am using 1.3.7 on a Dell Dimension 4600. If I select a program to record then place the system in standby it wakes up and records but when I play the recorded program there is no sound. If I do not place the system in standby everything works as it should. I have tested this carefully and it is 100% reproducible. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Sorry I don't know then, it might be the same problem I have with my 150.
You'll have to wait till someone else helps you.

Hans

Edit: the analogue part of the hvr1600 might very well be the same as a hauppauge 150.

Does anyone know if the Hauppauge HVR-1600 uses the computer's sound card during recording? I wonder if this is a Dell problem.
