Client crashes for no reason, frequently. Running 1.2.13. What logs do I need to post?

Doing what? Sitting at the main menu, watching recordings, watching livetv? What does the error message say?

Sorry, sitting at menu. Sometimes 10-20 secs after I come back from a plugin, sitting on the menu. It has also been crashing during video library playback, but that is more rare.

It has been stable as anything for a while, but this month it has not.

No error message, just dumps me onto desktop

Next time it happens post the pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log, and check the Windows Event Viewer for any error messages.

Were those logs zipped up immediately after the app crashed? or have you restarted the app since then?

Was there any crash message in the Windows Event Viewer?

I restarted. I'll repost without restarting next time. The client is asleep right now, don't want to disturb it :p

Also take note of what screen you were on when it happened. It looks like you've got a few plugins installed, and I suspect its actually plugin causing it.

Yes, I think that too. I will send you some info when it happens, probably today or tomorrow.

Ok, this was not as random of a crash. THe client won't play anything from recordings now. The minute I try to play it, it hangs on a dark screen or completely dumps out of pvrx2. I believe it will play fine from video library. Also, I see the resume button come up which is strange (don't think i've ever seen that in the client.) I'm in file sharing mode.
