How do you know nothing else is damaged? I'd send it back anyway just in case.
I'm still confused by it's quirkiness. I recorded the same exact program on 2 systems. 1 with the 2250 and the other with the 1600. The final sizes were different by much more than I would have thought. Settings in GBPVR were exactly the same. I also recorded the same program with the ATI 650 and the 1600 and 650 file sizes were both 4gb while the 2250 ended up with a 3gb file. I can tell the difference in quality but it's not worth worrying about other than my damn curiosity.
I am using the most recent pre-release drivers dated 12/29/08.
