Corrupt display starting PVRX2 (newbie)

I can preview channels OK via the tuning assistant but when I start PVRX2 the display is corrupt. I can see the Browse the TV guide ... at the bottom but anything in the middle blue part of the display is corrupt.

I have Hauppauge 150 and Nvidia GeForce 6600GT video cards.The 6600GT is running the latest drivers (dated 27/3/2009) while the 150 is running
3.4D1 (?).

Changing the video renderer doesn't seem to make any difference (except I cannot use EVR at all.

Is my problem with the 6600 drivers, the 150 drivers or a mux issue? Is the overlay manager important or is it a red herring?

Can you post a screenshot so I see what you mean?

Here tis.

By fiddling with the overlay manager and the MPEG-2 Playback video decoder I get mild variations.

Thats definitely some fault of your videocard or its drivers. The Direct3D stuff isnt working correctly.

If you're already using the current drivers, then you might have to try older drivers.

Also make sure your desktop is set to 32bit colour.
