Hi i install GBPVR and MVPMCX2 and is will work i watch tv /Menu but everything is green ? if i go now in the normal nmt menu the screen colors a also wrong now i must restart the pch 110 my config.xml view this

<MAC-0006DC43AF2B>
<MVPClientType>PCH2</MVPClientType>
<MVPWidth>1240</MVPWidth>
<MVPHeight>680</MVPHeight>
<MVPOffsetX>0</MVPOffsetX>
<MVPOffsetY>0</MVPOffsetY>
<MVPSendIncrementalUpdates>true</MVPSendIncrementalUpdates>
</MAC-0006DC43AF2B>

I hope someone can help.

I use the NMTinstall.exe to install everythings.

The startmeup looks so:

#echo "Shell to mvpmcx2 "

#remove the # from most appropriate line

# TV settings as setup

/etc/mvpmc/mvpmcx2 &

# Analog TV settings

#/etc/mvpmc/mvpmcx2 -m ntsc &
#/etc/mvpmc/mvpmcx2 -m pal &

# HDMI/DVI settings examples

#/etc/mvpmc/mvpmcx2 -m 720 &
#/etc/mvpmc/mvpmcx2 -m 720 --frequency 50 &

#/etc/mvpmc/mvpmcx2 -m 1080i &
#/etc/mvpmc/mvpmcx2 -m 1080i --frequency 50 &
#/etc/mvpmc/mvpmcx2 -m 1080p &

I use a Samsung FullHD LCD TV over HDMI

It looks like yo are trying to compensate for overscan incorrectly. Reset the dimension with 1280 720 0 0 and restart the GBPVR Recording Service and try again. If that works make sure when you subtract from the width or height to add values into the offset.

mvpmcx2 -m 1080 --edtv --frequency 50 ?

i will test it if i home.

If you have set up your NMT to use 1080p 50/60 HDMI as default then the preferred method is to not add any command line options. If you have Auto you will have need to use the command line, but that is not a recommended setting for the NMT in general.

Do not use --edtv it is for 480p and 576p and it is not heavily tested

Note for 50 Mhz, you do need to use the latest version of mvpmcx2 which supports PCH2 mode.

I have run the nmtinstall.exe yesterday? is the new version included or i need a update. My PCH is set to 1080p/50 and the new auto framerate option hope this is no problem.

Yes, if you followed the guide and selected the recommended PCH2 Advanced mode during the install it would have downloaded and installed the proper file. Your config.xml does show PCH2 mode so this is likely ok.

I get the idea and don't have a quick solution this is a new one. Do you have component or PAL connectors in your NMT at the same time maybe this is confusing your monitor?

If not to debug this I suggest hitting the power key to go back to the NMT menus. Then from your PC telnet to your NMT and type

/etc/mvpmc/mvpmcx2

Capture the screen input into a text file, compress the file and send it so I can look.

If you don't know what I mean, let me know and I will provide more detailed info.

Glad, you got it sorted out.

The video OSD should come up with the Blue button not the info button. It should also come up with the Pause. Other video OSD items will be available too, the mini-guide with the green key and the full guide with the setup key.
