Can you post a screen shot of GB-PVR? ie press Alt-PrintScrn then past it into MSPaint and save it as a bitmap.

Its interesting that even the number in the top/left of the screen is blurry.

Can you view the photo then post your pvrx2.exe.log and config.xml.

Sorry, you'll need to set the log level back to 'debug', then reproduce the problem and repost the log.
