Tuning my WinTV hauppauge card

Hi,
I have my system finally working pretty but there is one thing I need to fix. Using the software the came with the hauppauge card i'm able to tune the card for better picture but after restart the picture returns to the default which I find too dark. Any suggestion that could help me avoid tuning at every restart?
