Show Coloring Guide in Guide.aspx

This is a minor change to Guide.aspx to show the coloring guide without leaving the page. It now shows in a dropdown when you mouse over "Coloring Guide" and hides it again when you mouse out. To keep with the current convention, I placed the small javascript in the public folder.

There are two files to be placed in the web folder:

1. Guide.aspx
   
2. public\ColorCoding.js
   

ColorCoding.aspx* should not be necessary after this change.

I found there were a couple more pages that linked to the colorcoding.aspx: Manage.aspx and ShowResults.aspx

Here are the fixes for them (modified Build 82). This should be the end of all pages that rely on colorcoding.aspx now.
