Hi, today the well planned digtal switchover Wink somehow messed up BBC1 and 2 for people using winterhill. I have done loads of rescans, deleted my Kworld 300U, deleted the config and db3 files and I can not get GBPVR to find those channels (and yes - its the latest version).

I had decided the card was not capable of receiving the channels as I believe they have moved into the 8k range but, I've just installed Kworld's hypermedia centre software and it finds BBC1 and 2 with perfect reception.

So any ideas? Why can't the quite wonderful GBPVR find the channels whan clearly the card can recive them.

You could try scanning 'All Region' instead of 'Borders and Northern England"

OK - you could try making a backup copy of your 0076.ini file in BDA\DVB-T and using notepad, change the original as follows:

1=C56,754166,0,0,8

changes to

1=C62,801834,0,0,8

then try rescanning Winter Hill.

It looks like when you post frequencies you probably need to add applicable settings ie.

<BDAAutoScan166KHzOffset>false</BDAAutoScan166KHzOffset>

has this for WinterHill post switchover.

The new INI is for after December 2nd. The current channels on Winter Hill appear to be neither "before" nor "after" but some hybrid ...

http://www.ukfree.tv/txdetail.php?a=SD660144

It appears that only one mux/channel/frequency is currently changed from the "before". I agree with the earlier ACTCMS post re. one channel change.

After December 2nd, I don't expect that there will be channels on all frequencies ... tho' I expect that lots more shopping channels will be along shortly !!!

Plus, C54 will begin transmitting in DVB-T2 on about December 2nd (for HD) and there are exactly zero DVB-T2 tuners available in the shops. It's a chicken and egg thing. Hopefully, DVB-T tuners won't barf if they hit a T2 channel.

Yep, that was PSB1 (formerly mux1) - it was the only difference I could see.

I had the same problem and scanning All Regions as ACTCMS suggests does fix it.
