Hey everyone,

First I wanted to say that I just downloaded and installed .90 on our new PVR and we both love it! Even the wife thinks it's cool!

Anyway, I have a problem. My TV (cheap APEX) has a horrible amount of overscan that produces a quite noticable "zoomed in" effect. It's really easy to tell while browsing the mini guide, you can't even see the left three letters of the descriptions.

Is there a way to tell GBPVR that the size of my screen is smaller than it thinks? I suppose that I could run it in windowed mode, but that would require a lot of messing around (and since I don't have a dedicated mouse and keyboard for the PVR, it's rather hard). Is there a setting in the skin files or something like that?

Thanks!

you can do window mode quite easily edit the gbpvr short cut and add these to the after "C:\program ..\gpbvr.exe" -pos:x,y,width,height
eg
<table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">"C:\program files\devnz\gbpvr.exe" -pos:20,20:720,570[/QUOTE]
it has to go outside the quotes, otherwise windows will say file not found or something when you try and click ok. gbpvr skins are designed for the computer, well i think they are, theres horrible overscan in most skins, and the miniguide/blue osd will be cut off making it hard to read.
